EVENT ADMISSION POLICY

To help ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone, we ask that you please comply with the following policies:

A.1: All guests must have a complete waiver fulfilled by an adult over the age of 18.

A.2: All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

A.3: Guests are not permitted to wear clothing that has inappropriate language or which is otherwise offensive. Shoes, shirts, and pants must be worn at all times.

A.4: Drinks and food may be taken to the event.

A.4.1 Large, hard, or soft coolers, glass containers, food, drinks, etc. may not be taken onto the ride. Service animals are not permitted.

A.5: Eichhorn Experience is not responsible for valuables unattended/unsecured. We are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen personal property.

A.6: You must be of sound mind to ride. Limit alcohol. Drugs are not permitted. Guests under the influence will not be permitted to enter the event.

A.7: Eichhorn Experience prohibits the possession, carrying, and/or use of any type of firearms or weapons.

A.8: Any person not employed by Eichhorn Experience or its on-site contractors is prohibited from engaging in solicitation, or the distribution of handbills, leaflets, advertising or promotional materials, or the sales of products or services on property.

A.9: Please consider these features in determining suitability for all riders. For safety reasons, certain restrictions apply to some of our riders. Information is available at Guest Services and on our website.

A.10: Your presence constitutes your consent to be photographed and/or recorded while at the event or on the ride. You irrevocably grant Eichhorn Experience and its affiliates, assignees, license, and successors the right to use your image, voice, and likeness in all forms and media for any purpose whatsoever throughout the world, perpetually without any limitation or compensation. In addition, no photos, videos, or other recordings taken by any attendee may be used for any commercial purpose, gain, or other exploitation for profit without the express written consent of Eichhorn Experience.

A.11: Guests must obey all posted instructions and verbal instructions given by employees and ride attendants. Violations of any of these policies are probable cause for expulsion or arrest per California Penal Code 490.6. Protesting is strictly prohibited on property.

RIDE ADMISSION POLICY

B.1: California State Law requires guests to be at least 32 inches tall to ride, and at least 42 inches tall to ride without an adult companion. Guests over 84 inches are not permitted to ride.

B.2: Riders will be exposed to forces, speeds, and other intense features that may cause distress to persons with pre-existing health conditions.

B.3: In the event of a ride evacuation, guests must have the appropriate mental and physical capacity to assist in their own evacuation.

B.4: You must not ride if you are unable to properly use seating and safety restraints or to understand
and follow safety procedures.

B.5: Riders must have the ability to enter/exit the ride without endangering themselves or others.

B.6: Riders must have the ability to exhibit independent seated postural control under dynamic
conditions of the ride.

B.7: Riders must have control of the upper torso, including the head and neck.

B.8: Only guests in good health should ride. Do not ride if you are pregnant, have abnormal blood pressure, heart, neck or back problems, sensitivity to strobe effects, are prone to motion sickness, have had recent surgery, or have any other medical condition that might be aggravated by the features of this ride.

B.9: Those wearing full arm casts, full leg casts, or neck braces must not ride.

B.10: Blind guests, who meet the ride requirements, may ride with a supervising companion.

B.11: Guests under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs must not ride.

B.12: No eating, drinking, chewing, or smoking during the ride. Chewing gum must be disposed of prior to boarding the ride.

B.13: Loose articles are not permitted and should be left in a safe space or with a non-rider. Guests may not ride with any loose items between themselves and the restraints. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

WAIVERS

C.1: All guests must complete a waiver in order to mitigate exposure to inherit risks during your experience.

C.2: Waivers may ONLY be completed by an adult over the age of eighteen (18) years of age.

C.3: The participant’s waiver must be entered into at arm's length, without duress or coercion, and is to be interpreted as an agreement between two parties of equal bargaining strength.

C.4: Waivers must be completed at the event’s designated kiosk, and are valid for the duration of your visit.
